*Charis Fulltime Program – Tuition plus additional 25% of child’s tuition
*Charis Program per subject – Tuition plus 3.57% of tuition (charged per subject)
*Charis supplemental use – $10.00 per hour
The maximum tuition amount per family is $12,500 (excluding Charis).
The tuition rates listed above can be paid as follows:
One Payment: Receive 3% discount (paid prior to August 1st)
Two Payments: Receive 1.5% discount – 1st payment by August 1st and 2nd payment by January 1st
Ten Month Plan: August 1st through May 1st (all 12th Grade Students will be on 10 month plan)
Eleven Month Plan: August 1st through June 1st
Payments in all plans are due in the office on the 1st of the month and a late charge of $25 will be applied to the account if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. You are encouraged to set up Bill pay from your bank to automatically send Facts a check to pay tuition the first of each month in order to avoid late fees. If a tuition account becomes 60 days delinquent, the child will be removed from school until the delinquent amount is paid in full or arrangements are made to pay. If arrangements are made and the agreed upon arrangements are broken, the child or children will be removed from school. In addition, reports cards and transcripts may be withheld until full payment is rendered. All 12th Grade Students will be on 10 month payment plan.
PCA is a faith-based ministry and relies heavily upon the timely payments of its parents.
Honors Program, M25 fee- $50 per month
Graduation Fee – $175 per student (12th Grade Only) This fee includes diploma, diploma cover, cap, gown, tassel, and stole.
Sports Fees – All sports $150 per sport, per student.
The non-refundable $200 registration fee must accompany all completed registration forms to secure enrollment.
