Mrs. Erica Dixon - Senior School Administrator
Mrs. Dixon, along with her husband, has been a part of the PCA dream from its inception. Her exuberant spirit, love for God, and passion for kids make her a dynamic part of the PCA team.
God led Mrs. Dixon to help begin PCA after she graduated from Roanoke College and spent her early years of teaching in the Roanoke County Public Schools. Mrs. Dixon has led PCA in the academic realm during tremendous growth periods while maintaining excellent academics, creating changes in scheduling to meet the needs of students, and securing a wide range of academic possibilities to fuel interest and excitement within the hearts of all.
Mrs. Dixon has a Master of Education from Averett University.

Mr. Troy Dixon - Administrator of Operations and Athletics
After graduating from Liberty University, Mr. Dixon worked as the Athletic Director and teacher at Roanoke Valley Christian Schools and then became the golf pro and General Manager of a local golf club.
After experiencing a deep spiritual renewal, Mr. Dixon felt God's call to help start PCA.
For the first seven years, Mr. Dixon was the steady hand and heart at the helm of the PCA ship. Mr. Dixon will lead the charge in developing a complete athletic program at PCA. An athletic program that will be committed to excellence but will always be centered upon Jesus Christ.

Dr. Phyllis Booth- High School English Teacher and Guidance Counselor
Dr. Booth brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge to our secondary staff. Her love for and trust in God is evident to all who get the pleasure of speaking to her and taking her classes. She has been instrumental in helping PCA become fully accredited and prepared to move into the future.
Dr. Booth is truly called by God to be at PCA. Her remarkable character, love of Jesus, and love for the students of PCA is so evident.
Dr. Booth is teaching 8th grade through 12th grade English classes. She is also helping our Juniors and Seniors take the steps necessary to be prepared for college so that when the time comes it will be a smooth transition.

Dr. Sue Frase - Elementary Principal
Dr. Frase is characterized by a cheerful countenance, a hard working spirit, and a Godly optimism that every child can succeed with a little encouragement and reinforcement. Her day is spent diligently instructing the teachers by sharing information for their success and selecting students that need special reinforcement using a personalized approach and manipulatives. She has such a heart for the children and their families.
